As a Nevada native, home means Nevada to me. Raised in a small desert mining town in Northern Nevada, I moved to Reno in 2010 to continue and complete my Bachelor in Business Management at UNR. My background is diverse including retail management and small business ownership. I enjoy partaking in local events from the outdoors to the Reno car and music scenes. I am excited to deliver the State Farm difference to Reno with Auto, Life, Home, Business and Health products!

Born and raised in the Reno/Tahoe area, I love this growing community! In my free time you can find me in the great outdoors with my family enjoying all this area has to offer. With over five years experience, I am here to help with all of your insurance needs.

 My name is Karen Lima and I am a licensed team member at Nicole Williams Agency.  I started my State Farm journey in the Fall of 2005.  With 15 years’ experience with State Farm, I am a very passionate about this company and our products and finding the policy to fit your family’s needs. I am licensed in Property/Casualty, Life and Health, and Flood insurance and knowledgeable in all State Farm products. I am fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, and very proud of my Rio De Janeiro, Brazilian roots.  In my spare time I enjoy Latin Dancing, hiking with my dog, and spending time with my family. ~

My name is Gianna Schrieber, Gigi for short.  I began working for Nicole Williams State Farm Agency in 2018 as a Customer Service Rep.  I am licensed in Auto and Home insurance and my daily goal is to exceed our customers expectations with our customer service. I grew up in the Bay Area and went to college at UC Santa Cruz. I then moved up to the Reno/Tahoe area and fell in love with it here! Outside of the office, I am out with my family enjoying everything the area has to offer. ~

 My name is Kyndal Sharpe and I am Account Service Rep at Nicole Williams State Farm Agency.  I am currently licensed in Property & Casualty.  I truly enjoy helping all our customers with their service related policy requests and also working alongside my team to get the job done for you in a timely manner with the upmost professionalism!  Originally from Las Vegas, I love living in Reno!   I am pursuing my Bachelors Degree in Accounting at the University of Nevada, Reno and plan on graduating in 2021.  In my free time, I love Pilates and very much enjoy vegan cooking!  I am very passionate about helping others and my career with State Farm is a perfect fit for this. ~

 My name is Steph Ulbrich and I joined the team at Nicole Williams State Farm Agency in 2018.  I am licensed in Property, Casualty, Life, Health. I pride myself on my communication skills in order to make sure all of your insurance needs are being met.  Every day I strive to provide top notch service to our customers. I’ve been working in the insurance field  for a combined total of 8 years now and am very passionate about it. Originally from Washington, I moved to Reno in 2018.   In my free time, I enjoy travel,  art and spending time with friends and family.
